Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University
Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University (DBBU) started as Dev Bhoomi Institute of Technology (DBIT) in 2005 and gained university status from the University Grants Commission (UGC) in 2021. It was originally known as a private institute before becoming a university. The UGC also acknowledged it for its achievements, awarding it for the "Best Placement Engineering in Education Excellence" and recognizing its excellence in both placements and academics
